Mum & Baby Bootcamp
The session allows for Mums to bring their babies or toddlers and incorporate them into the routine, or leave them to play in the shade nearby.
Suitable after postnatal check with doctor.
Suitable for all parents looking to:

• bring you back to pre-baby fitness levels
What to expect?
Mum & baby bootcamps are challenging but also fun with a range of exercises to keep you on your toes, constantly testing yourself, without being stuck in a gym.
Session include team games, interval training, plyometric and body weight and partner-assisted exercises.
A session costs £5 and includes free play at The Nurture Barn.
